You can find Tulshi Developers over at Panchsheel Colony in Ganesh Nagar. This is in the Thergaon part of Pune. It is a nice area that has grown a lot lately. We have been working from this location for quite a while. Our office is a basic setup with a few desks and a couple of chairs for visitors. We mostly focus on residential development projects. This means we spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on various construction sites. We do not have any polished brochures or a fancy sales team. We just show people what we have built and let the work speak for itself. Pune is a competitive place for developers but we just stick to our own way of doing things. We have a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have long discussions about how to handle a specific problem on a site, but we always figure it out eventually. We do not use big words or promotional talk. We just tell people the facts about the properties. Our office doesn’t have the best air conditioning, so we usually keep the windows open. It is a bit of an old-school way of working, but it suits us fine. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Pune. We are just trying to build good homes and keep our heads down.
