Tudip Foundation

You can find us over on Datta Mandir Road in Wakad. The Tudip Foundation is based right here in this busy part of town. It’s a lot of traffic and noise outside most days, but inside we just try to focus on what we can do for the people around us. We aren't a massive organization with branches everywhere. We’re just local people who wanted to put something back into the community where we live. We spend our time on various projects depending on what's needed that week. Sometimes it's about helping kids with their school stuff, other times it’s about organizing a small clean-up or helping someone find work. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. We just talk to the people who walk past our door or live in the nearby buildings. Wakad has grown so fast lately, and a lot of the old ways of helping neighbors have been lost. We're trying to bring a bit of that back. Our office at Sr.No.241/3/A isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up. We write things down on paper, we make a lot of phone calls, and we try to keep our promises. It's not always easy and we make mistakes sometimes, but we are honest about it. We’re just a small team trying to be a good part of the Wakad neighborhood. It’s practical, everyday work for us.
