We’re over in Bhosari, at S 94 in the MIDC area. It’s a big industrial zone so there’s always trucks moving around and a lot of noise. We’ve been here in Pune for a good while now. The name sounds a bit official, Tti Technymon Technology, but inside it’s just a normal factory floor. We focus on parts like bushings and things for various machines. It gets pretty hot in the summer months under the metal roof. We have our daily routines. Tea breaks happen at the same time every day. We see the same faces coming through the gates every morning. It’s a lot of technical stuff, checking sizes and making sure things fit right. We have some big machines that run through most of the shift. Sometimes the traffic in Bhosari is a nightmare, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to leave the MIDC. We just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the block. We just want to get the orders filled and sent out. The office is small and tucked away in the corner of the building. We spend most of our time out where the work is happening anyway. It’s honest work. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years with more buildings going up everywhere. But we stay right here at S 94. If the gate is open, we’re probably inside working on something. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do.
