TS Constructions

TS Constructions is based out of Sangavi, specifically at Bellavipoor thikallvi 26. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works for what we need. Most of our days are spent coordinating with the labor crews and making sure the trucks can get through the narrow roads around here. Construction isn't a clean job, so our office often looks like a bit of a mess with cement dust on the floor and scraps of wood near the door. We don't have a receptionist or anyone like that; if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We’ve been working in this area for quite some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The work is physically demanding and sometimes stressful when the schedules get tight. We handle a lot of the planning ourselves right here on the table. It’s not about being the biggest name around, but about getting the walls up and the roofs on. We deal with the local authorities and the utility companies, which can take up a lot of our time. Sometimes we just sit outside the office in the evenings to talk about the next day’s goals. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with a pen and a notebook. It’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work for us and our crew.
