Trust Cargo

We are based out of the Saraswathy Kripa Housing Society on Tadiwala Road in Pune. It is a bit unusual to have a cargo business inside a housing society, but it works for us. Our unit is A-47. It is a quiet enough spot most of the time, though things pick up when we have deliveries arriving. We have to be careful not to disturb the neighbors too much with the noise. Tadiwala Road is a central location, so it makes it easy for us to get to different parts of Pune quickly. We started Trust Cargo because we wanted to run a straightforward business without all the corporate red tape. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on the computer, tracking where everything is. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just a small one so people know where to find us. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of stuff piled up, but we know where everything is. Sometimes customers come by to drop off small packages or to sign some papers. We usually offer them a glass of water and have a chat about the weather. It is a very personal way of doing business. We are just regular people trying to make a living by helping others move their cargo. It is not glamorous, but it is honest work and it keeps us busy.
