Our place is out in Village Mann, over in the Mulshi area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, located in the Raisoni Industrial Park. We spend a lot of time working with industrial tools and laser machines. It's a large space because the equipment we handle is pretty big and heavy. The weather out here is a bit different than in the middle of Pune, usually a little cooler because of all the open land. We have a team that knows these machines inside out. We don't really do much fancy talk; we just focus on the technical side of things and making sure the installations go okay. Sometimes the roads around the industrial park get a bit rough, especially when the big trucks are moving through during the rainy season. We’ve got a mix of engineers and office folks all working under one roof. It’s a practical environment. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in the canteen or just at our desks if it’s a busy day. We deal with a lot of paperwork and technical drawings. People from all over the country send us queries about their manufacturing needs. We try to get back to them as fast as we can, though sometimes it takes a bit of time to figure out the right solution. It’s honest work. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and it feels like home to most of us. We keep a pot of tea going in the afternoon to keep the energy up.
