Our place is out in the Raisoni Industrial Park, specifically at S.No.276, Hissa No.1 in Village Mann. It’s part of the Mulshi Taluka area. Being in an industrial park means we have plenty of space, which is good because we deal with some fairly large equipment and technology. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s quieter out here and much easier for the big trucks to come and go. TRUMPF (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is where we spend our days dealing with industrial machinery and laser systems. It's technical work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We have a mix of engineers and office staff here. The canteen is okay, nothing great, but it gets us through the afternoon. Usually, the floor is pretty busy with people checking machines or talking to technicians. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing you see in the big IT parks. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty when needed. The weather in Mulshi can be nice, especially during the monsoon, though the roads get a bit messy. We’ve been at this location for a while and it feels like home now. Most of us have our routines, starting early to beat the heat. It’s a steady environment where we just focus on the machines and the people who use them every single day.
