Trishul Forgings

Trishul Forgings is based at 54/21 in the D-2 Block of the MIDC area in Chinchwad. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops. It’s a busy place with trucks coming and going all the time. Our work is centered around forging, which involves a lot of heat and heavy machinery. It isn't a quiet job. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. We have various hammers and presses that we use to shape metal. It gets quite hot in there, especially during the summer months. We don't have a reception desk or anyone to greet you with a coffee. Usually, you’ll find us near the machines or checking the quality of the latest batch. We’ve been in Chinchwad for quite some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. Most of our customers are other industrial companies who need forged parts for their own products. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the metal is strong enough. It’s straightforward work, even if it’s physically demanding. We don't do much in the way of advertising because the people who need our services usually find us through the trade. Just a local forging shop doing its thing in the D-2 Block. We’ve learned that being reliable is more important than having a fancy office, so that’s how we run things.
