Trimurti Associates Chandraabha is located at Dhayari 4th Cross, L B S Nagar, 2nd Stage 17/5/4. That’s a specific spot in a busy neighborhood. Our office is tucked away, and it’s a place where we spend most of our daylight hours. The interior is nothing to write home about—just some sturdy furniture and a couple of fans to keep the air moving. We handle a lot of different tasks related to the local area, mostly helping people with their property needs. There are three of us who started this, hence the name, and we’ve been working together for a long time. We know each other’s rhythms and how the work flows. Every morning starts with a quick chat about what needs to be done at 4th Cross and beyond. We deal with a lot of people from L B S Nagar, and we’ve come to know many of them by name. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We take our time to make sure the details are right, especially with the paperwork for the 2nd Stage plots. Sometimes we have to run out to meet someone at a site, so the office stays locked for an hour or two. We just leave a note on the door. We don’t have a website with flashy photos. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple way of running things and it keeps our lives fairly uncomplicated.
