Tria Industries LLP (Tria Group)

Out here in Village Kasar Amboli, things are a bit quieter than in the main city of Pune. Tria Industries LLP (Tria Group) is located at Plot 17, Gat No 281/1. If you get to Ghotavadephata, you are close. We usually tell people to look for the HDFC Bank near Pirangut to find the right turn into our area. It’s a proper industrial setup. We’ve got a big shed and some office space. The air is a bit fresher here than downtown, which is nice. We do manufacturing work under the Tria Group name. It’s a lot of metalwork and industrial parts. We started small and just kept adding a bit more every year. The workshop floor is where most of the action happens. We have a mix of machines, some old and some newer ones. Our workers mostly come from the nearby villages. We aren't really into the corporate culture thing. We don't have meetings about meetings. If something needs fixing, we just go out and fix it. It can be a long drive to get here for some, but we like the space we have. We keep a stock of what we need and try to keep things moving. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of grease and heavy lifting. But people around here know who we are just by us showing up and doing the work every day. It’s honest work in the Taluka.
