Even though the name says Trend Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. Pune, we are actually located in a place called Kini. It’s in the Chandgad Taluka of the Kolhapur district in Maharashtra. It’s a far cry from the big city vibes of Pune. Here in Kini, things move at a much slower pace. Our office is basically a part of the local landscape, surrounded by greenery and a lot more peace and quiet than you’d find in a tech hub. We deal with various technical services, but our daily life involves a lot of local interaction. The commute for some of us involves riding bikes through narrow roads. We don’t have a fancy cafeteria, just a small stove for making tea and whatever snacks people bring from home. The building is simple and sturdy, built to handle the heavy rains we get in this part of Maharashtra. We often have to deal with power fluctuations, so we have backups to keep the computers running. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a technology company, but we like it here. The air is better and we don't have to deal with city traffic. We just focus on our projects and try to do good work for our clients. It’s a humble setup, but we’ve got everything we need to keep the business going.
