We are set up over in Yamuna Nagar, specifically at Plot No 12 in the Sri Gurudatta Dham Housing Society. It's in Sector 21 of Nigidi. Being part of the Transport Corporation of India means we deal with a lot of moving parts, literally. The office here is managed with Mangase S S. It’s interesting being based in a housing society because it feels a lot more grounded than being in a sterile industrial park. You see the neighbors going about their lives while we’re busy tracking trucks and managing logs. Pune is a big hub for transport, and Nigidi is a good spot to keep an eye on things. The office itself is pretty functional. We have the usual setup you'd expect for a logistics place. Lots of clipboards and people talking on mobiles. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic in this part of town, but that’s just how it is. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. As long as the paperwork is done and the drivers know where they're going, we're happy. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve got a routine that works for us. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a delay somewhere down the line. But we just take it as it comes. It's a steady kind of work, and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for a while now. The society environment keeps things feeling like a community.
