Our office is located at Flat No 20 in the Dreams Park D-5 building over in Sane Chawk, Chikhli. Pune is growing so fast, and Chikhli is right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. Being part of the Transport Corporation Of India Ltd, we see a lot of activity every single day. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks and some filing cabinets where we keep track of the trucks and the cargo. We spend most of our time coordinating with drivers and checking the schedules. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the construction and the heavy vehicles moving around, but we are used to it by now. The team here is small but we have been working together for quite a while. We do not have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you walk in, you will probably just see someone on the phone or looking at a ledger. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a truck is delayed because of a breakdown or traffic on the highway, we just tell people that. There is no point in making up stories. We work regular hours, though sometimes things run late when a big shipment is coming in. It is a practical workspace for a practical business. We are just local people managing local transport needs from a small flat in Pune. It works for us and keeps the overheads low.
