We are located in Waraje, Pune, specifically in the Nadbrahma Housing Society. Our office is on the fourth floor of the Santoor building, flat number 16. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels very quiet during the day when everyone else is away at their own jobs. Climbing up to the fourth floor can be a bit of a workout if you don't use the lift. The space is small but we’ve made it work for us. We have all our files and computers set up in a way that makes sense. Sometimes people just send us a text on the mobile number provided, 09822043911, because it is easier than calling and waiting for a pick up. Waraje has grown a lot and the highway is right there, so we are well connected even if we are tucked away in a society. We spend our days mostly looking at screens and talking to people on the phone. It is a very normal, low-key environment. There is no dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable for the weather. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, which adds a bit of life to the place. We aren't a big fancy operation with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a flat where we do our business. We find that this helps us stay focused on the actual work instead of the appearance of it.
