Our office is situated in Mayfair Tower, specifically units 601 and 602. Shivaji Nagar is a pretty central area, and being in Chickpet means we are close to the Shoppers Stop, which is a landmark everyone knows. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy with blueprints and project schedules to look out the window much. We handle turnkey projects, so our desks are often covered in technical drawings and cost sheets. It’s a busy environment with people coming in and out for meetings or to drop off samples of materials. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat about the weekend. The office isn't particularly fancy; it's just a functional place where we can coordinate our various sites. Sometimes the elevators in the tower take forever, so we end up waiting in the lobby and chatting with people from the other offices. We have a core team that has worked together for years, so we have a pretty good rhythm. We don't spend much money on advertising or big signs. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through others. It’s just a lot of coordination and making sure all the pieces of a project fit together. We keep our heads down and focus on getting the tasks finished on time.
