The office is tucked away in Sukhwani Gardens on Church Road in Dapodi. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking closely at the signs. Pune has grown so much lately that even this part of town feels crowded now. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking on the phone. The building is 15/D, and it has that lived-in feel which we actually like. It isn't like those glass buildings in the IT parks. It’s more grounded. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially when there is a function at the nearby church. We usually just keep the windows shut and keep working. There is a small pantry where we make coffee, though the kettle takes forever to boil lately. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything gets handled. It feels more like a small family than a big corporation. You might see a cat wandering around the garden outside occasionally. The guards know us by name, which is nice. Most of our days are pretty routine, filled with spreadsheets and calls. We just try to keep things simple and honest. If a problem comes up, we sit down and figure it out together. That is just how things are done here in Dapodi. No frills, just regular work. We like the quiet life and being away from the main city chaos.
