We are set up in Aundh 1. It is a bit different from the huge industrial hubs because Aundh has a lot of houses and regular shops around. Trans Air Express is what we call ourselves. We deal with the air express side of moving goods. Pune traffic is something else, so we spend a lot of time planning how to get things to the airport without getting stuck for hours. The office isn't very large. It’s just a cozy space where we sort out the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when there are a lot of packages waiting to be processed. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy reception. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting there with a cup of tea, looking at the schedules. It’s a lot of waiting for calls and then rushing to get things sorted when a shipment comes in. We like being in this part of the city. It feels more like a community than a cold business district. We know the people at the local shops. It’s just a group of us trying to make sure things get sent out on time. We don't really do the whole "corporate" thing. We just talk like regular people and do the work that needs doing. It's mostly about packages and planes and making sure the numbers match up.
