Townscape Developers

Townscape Developers is located over in the Shivaji Nagar area. Our address is 1132/3, and the building is called Vishnu Darshan. We are right near some big landmarks like the Pyramid Hotel and the Lalitmahal Hotel. If you see the HDFC Bank, we are pretty much directly across from it. It is a very central part of the city, which means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. Our office is where we manage all the different development projects we have going on. We are a small team and we prefer it that way because it keeps everything manageable. We do not have any big corporate goals or fancy slogans. We just put our focus on the buildings that we are currently working on. Being in Shivaji Nagar is very convenient since we are close to everything, but it can get quite noisy during the day. We have gotten used to the sound of the city by now. Most of our day is spent talking to people about property or heading out to check on the progress of a construction site. We try to be as practical as we can. If someone comes in with a question, we just tell them the facts. The Vishnu Darshan building is an older structure but it is solid. We have been here for a long time and we know our neighbors well. It is a good community and we like being right in the middle of it all, doing our job.
