We run things out of a residence in the Gurukul Housing Society in Saswad. It is a bit outside the main rush of Pune, which is actually quite nice for focusing on work. Our address is Rama, Residence Number 8. We do a lot of planning and design work for different projects around the area. It is not a huge corporate firm with hundreds of employees. Instead, it is just a few of us sitting around drafting tables and computers. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and figuring out how buildings should fit into the landscape. Since we are in a housing society, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and quiet. We know the local Taluka of Purandar very well because most of our work happens nearby. Sometimes we have to head into the city for meetings, but we do most of the heavy lifting right here. We deal with the technical side of townscaping, making sure everything is drawn up correctly. It is a lot of back-and-forth on small details that most people would not even notice. We do not have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or seeing our work on other sites. We just take one project at a time and try to get the drawings right so the builders do not have a headache later.
