Our office is in Kalewadi, Pune, over in Tapkir Nagar. It is at Pawar P. M.’s place. This part of Pune is very lived-in and busy. You have shops, houses, and small businesses all squeezed together. We are part of the Total Logistics group but this specific spot is where we run the local operations. It is a bit of a maze to get here if you don't know the lanes of Tapkir Nagar. We don't have a lot of space for anything other than the essentials—desks, computers, and a place to keep the records. The neighbors are mostly families and small shopkeepers. We try not to make too much noise, but with trucks and vans coming by throughout the day, it can get a bit loud. The office can get a bit stuffy in the summer, so we usually have the door open to catch a breeze. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person telling us what to say. We just handle the logistics for the people who need things moved. Most of our work is done on the phone or through email these days. It is a simple setup and it works for us. We've been here for a while and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, check the lists, and get to work. It’s just how we get things done.
