Our office is over in Bose Colony in the Angargoria area of Balasore. Mr. N.K. Bose is the one in charge here. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the bigger cities, but we stay busy with all the logistics work. Total Logistics India is just us and a few trucks. We handle a lot of local shipments around Orissa. The office is right in the colony, so it has a very neighborhood feel to it. We know most of the people living around here. It is not a fancy glass building. It is just a regular place where we keep our records and talk to customers. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice. We do not have any big corporate rules. We just handle the packages as they come in. There is always some paperwork to file or a driver to talk to. Balasore has its own way of doing things, and we just follow along. We have been operating out of Angargoria for a good while. Most of the time, things go smoothly. If there is a delay, we just tell people honestly. We do not like using complicated words for simple things. It is just transport and moving stuff. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It is a small team, and we like it that way. We just keep working.
