We are over here at Flat No 8 in Sangeeta Apartments, which is in Vikas Nagar. It is part of the Dehuroad area in Pune. Most people around here know the building, it is pretty easy to find once you are in the neighborhood. We have been doing this logistics work for a while now from this office. It’s not a big fancy corporate building or anything like that. Just a regular space where we handle all the paperwork and coordination for getting goods from one place to another. Total Logistics I Pvt Ltd is just a group of us trying to make sure things move correctly. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it is a bit quieter while we track shipments on the computer. Pune is a busy place for transport so there is always something going on. We deal with trucks and schedules every day. Usually, someone is in the office by the morning to check the latest updates. It’s a lot of keeping track of details and talking to drivers. We don't have a big marketing team, it’s just us working out of the apartment. People stop by sometimes to drop off documents. We’ve stayed in Dehuroad because it works for us and we know the area well. It is just a straightforward business, nothing too complicated. We focus on the daily tasks and getting the items where they need to go without making a big fuss about it.
