Our shop is in the Manik Moti building, right across from the ST Stand in Rajgurunagar. We are at Shop Number 2 in Anandnagar. Being so close to the bus stand means there is always a lot of activity and noise, but we like that because it keeps us connected to what’s happening in Khed. We have been working in property here for a while. People who are traveling through or locals looking for a new place often stop in to see what we have available. We aren't a big company from the city with a lot of branches. We’re just local people who know the land around Rajgurunagar. We help with buying and selling homes and we also help people get through all the paperwork that comes with it. The office is small and we usually have maps and files spread out on the desks. We try to be very clear when we explain things to people. Real estate has a lot of confusing parts, so we don't use much jargon. We just talk like regular neighbors would. Sometimes the bus horns are a bit loud while we are trying to talk, but that is just part of being in Anandnagar. We know the local builders and the families who have lived here for a long time. If you need to know what a piece of land is worth, we are usually around to have an honest conversation.
