Tools Craft

You can find us over at Tools Craft on the ground floor of the Shreeje Market area in Baner Gaon. We are tucked in near the Hostin Hotel at Plot No 16, which is a pretty easy landmark if you’re coming down Harni Road. The shop isn't massive, but we’ve managed to cram a lot of stock onto the shelves over the months. It’s mostly just tools and hardware stuff piled up everywhere. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what a customer is asking for because things tend to get moved around a lot during the busy hours. We usually start the day early, sweeping out the front and getting the displays organized. It’s a lot of lifting heavy crates and opening up new inventory. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but it works for what we do. We get a mix of people coming in—some know exactly what they want and others just stand there looking confused at the wrenches. We try to keep it simple. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building, so we usually keep the door propped open for a bit of a breeze. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to run a business in a growing part of town. No big frills, just plenty of tools and the usual daily chores to keep on top of.
