Toolcon Systems

We are situated at 45/2 in the Bhosari MIDC area, right near Steel Point on Mahakali Caves Road. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and heavy industries. Our focus is on tool systems, which involves a lot of technical work and assembly. The building is quite old and has that specific smell of grease and metal that you only find in industrial zones. We spend most of our time at the workbenches, tinkering with components and making sure everything aligns correctly. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice shirt, because you’ll probably end up with a stain on it by noon. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate goals. We just want to get through the orders we have on our desk. Sometimes the heat in the MIDC gets a bit much, especially with all the machines running at once, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. Near Steel Point, the traffic can be quite heavy with delivery trucks, so getting in and out sometimes takes longer than the actual work. We've been part of this industrial landscape for a while now and know most of the other shop owners nearby. If we run out of a certain bolt or tool, we just walk over to the next shop and borrow it. That’s how we do things here.
