We are based out of the Shital Baug Complex in Bhosari. It’s a busy industrial part of Pune, right near the Century Enka factory. Being in unit 2/11 means we are right in the middle of all the trucks and warehouses. We spend our days coordinating logistics, which sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, it’s just making sure things get from point A to point B without too many headaches. The office is usually full of the sound of printers and people talking over each other. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it. We don't really go for big corporate speeches. We just show up, check the arrivals, and plan the routes. Sometimes the Pune traffic makes things tricky, especially during shift changes at the nearby plants. We’ve got a few old desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. It's an honest living. We see a lot of drivers coming through for their papers. We try to keep things organized, though the piles of folders sometimes suggest otherwise. It’s a lot of tracking numbers and checking weights. No one here wears a suit. We just wear what's comfortable for a long day at the warehouse. It’s a simple operation, really. We just focus on the task at hand and get the work finished before we head home.
