You can find us at Madhuri Niwas, located in Plot No. 360, Sector 27 of the Pradhikaran area in Pune. It is a quiet part of the city compared to the main center, which is nice for working. We run the Toll (India) Logistics operations from this building. It is a simple setup, not one of those high-rise offices you see in the IT parks. We have a small team here. Most of us have been in Pune for a long time. We spend the day tracking shipments and talking to vendors. It is not glamorous work. There is a lot of data entry and even more phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just life here. We do not try to sound like a big global firm even though the name is known. To us, it is just about getting the work done in our corner of Pradhikaran. We do not have fancy brochures or a PR person. We just have our records and our desks. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to be too loud. It is a steady pace, nothing too rushed but we stay busy. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about regular stuff, not just logistics. It is a human way to run a business. We just do what we can to keep things organized.
