It isn't a high-rise office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we manage the movement of goods. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and talking to drivers. We started this because we knew the area and saw a lot of stuff needed moving. It’s been a few years now. The office is often a bit messy with papers and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or someone to write fancy slogans. We just focus on the trucks and the cargo. Pune traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially around our area, but we’ve learned the shortcuts. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the work done right so we can go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a lot of routine, but every day has its own small problems to solve. We like it that way. It keeps us on our toes without being too much.
