Our shop is located At Post Shevgaon in the Ahmednagar district. It is a local place through and through. We are not in a big city with tall buildings; we are right here in the town where we can talk to our neighbors every day. The office is really just a part of the building where we keep the books and handle the trading stuff. It can get pretty dusty around here, especially in the dry season, but we just sweep it out and keep going. We have been in Shevgaon for a long time, and we know how things work in this part of the district. Most of our day is spent talking to people who come by or making calls to sort out deliveries. We do not have a computer for everything; we still use a lot of notebooks and ledgers because that is how we learned to do it. It works fine for us. There isn't any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. We keep a pot of water in the corner for anyone who is thirsty. It is the kind of place where you can just sit down and talk for a bit while we work. We do not use big words or complicated plans. We just buy and sell what is needed and make sure we keep our word. It is a simple life and a simple business, and we are okay with that.
