Tirumalla Trends Private Limited is up on the eighth floor of the Supreme Headquarters building in Baner, Pune. We are right by the Mumbai Bangalore Highway, so there is always a lot of movement around us. Our office, number 801, is where we handle the business of keeping up with whatever is happening in the market. We mostly look at trends and how they fit into what we are doing. It’s a busy place and the phones are usually ringing off the hook. We have a small team and everyone is usually doing three things at once. It’s not a polished corporate environment where everyone wears a suit. We are more likely to be in jeans, trying to figure out why a shipment is late or how to get a new project started. The view from the eighth floor is pretty good, though we don't always have time to look at it. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes we stay late because the highway traffic is so bad that it’s better to just keep working until it clears up. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to run a good business and keep things moving. It’s a lot of hard work and we don't always get it right, but we try our best to fix things when they go wrong. We keep a stash of snacks in the corner for those long evenings when we are waiting for a final confirmation from a vendor.
