Our place is at 144 in Ghorpadi Gaon, which is a busy part of Pune. We’ve been working on infrastructure and development projects around here for a while. Pune is growing so fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand for new spaces. The office isn't anything special, just a place to sit down and figure out the logistics of our next project. We deal with a lot of different people, from government workers to local laborers. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it feels like we’re juggling too many things at once. The roads around Ghorpadi can get really clogged up, so we spend a lot of time planning our routes. We don't spend much on advertising because we’re usually too busy with the actual work. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We just try to build things that work for the people who will use them. It’s not about being the biggest company, but just about doing the job right. The monsoon season always makes things tricky for us, but we just push through it like everyone else in Maharashtra. It’s honest work, and we are glad to be doing it right here in the gaon. There's always a lot of dust on the desks, but we don't mind as long as the projects stay on track and the buildings are solid.
