We’re located at Laxmi Niwas, which is right by the Rajiv Gandhi School in Neharunagar. It’s a local spot in the Pimpri area of Pune. If you know the neighborhood, it’s pretty easy to find. We work out of this place, which belongs to Gangadhar Bhapkar, and it’s been our base for handling Thyssenkrupp business for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular place in a busy neighborhood. You can hear the kids at the school during the day, which keeps things lively. We deal with industrial matters, mostly focused on the Pune region. Our desks are usually piled with papers and we spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s a very practical way of working. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that; we just do our work and talk to the people who need us. The area is full of small businesses and families, so it feels very grounded. We like it this way because it’s real. Sometimes we have meetings in the small room at the back, but mostly we’re just at our stations. Dealing with the industrial side of things requires a lot of patience, and we’ve got plenty of that. It’s just us here, making sure the orders are processed and the local clients are taken care of. No big fuss, just daily work in Pimpri. We make sure to lock up carefully every evening before heading home through the narrow streets.
