We are over in Kothrud, specifically in Happy Colony. It’s Flat No. 15 in the Abhishek B building on Lane No. 3. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on Thyssenkrupp Industries India Ltd business. Being in a residential area like this makes it feel less like a cold office and more like a real place people live and work in. Pune is getting crowded, but this part of Kothrud still has some of that old charm. You can hear the neighbors sometimes, or the delivery bikes going past. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. The office isn't huge, but it fits everything we need for the day. Most of our time is spent handling industrial project details. It’s practical, no frills. We don’t have those big lobby areas with receptionists and fancy lights. You just walk up, find the flat, and that’s it. Lane number three is easy to miss if you aren't looking, but we like it that way. It keeps things calm for us. There's a lot of paper and a few computers in the rooms. Sometimes the tea lady comes by, and we take a quick break on the balcony. It's just a normal workplace in the middle of a busy city. We handle the local engineering needs and stay out of the way. It’s a decent spot for a company like ours to be based in Pune.
