You can find us over at D-7/7 Nirmal Township in Sasane Nagar, which is in the Hadpsar area of Pune. Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd is the name we use for our business. It’s a busy part of Pune, and we’re right in the middle of it. Mostly, we are out on the road visiting apartments and offices to look at their lifts. Elevators are funny things; they work fine for months and then suddenly decide to stop for no reason. That’s usually when our phone starts ringing. Our spot in Nirmal Township is basically our home base for organizing the day. We have our tools and a few extra cables tucked away there. Hadpsar is growing fast, so there are always new buildings going up that need some help with their vertical transport. We aren't some big corporate branch with a receptionist; it’s just us working out of the township. Some days the Pune heat makes working in the elevator shafts pretty tough, but we manage. We just focus on getting the cables tight and the sensors aligned correctly. It's practical work that keeps us on our toes. We’ve been around the Sasane Nagar area for a while now and know the local buildings pretty well. We don't make a big fuss about things, just show up and do the repair.
