We are based over in Pimpri. Everyone knows the area is a big hub for industry in this part of the state. Thyffen Krupp Industries India Pvt. Ltd. has been around here for quite some time now. If you walk around the neighborhood, you see a lot of old and new factories, and we are right in the middle of it. The traffic in Pimpri can be a bit of a headache during the morning rush, but you get used to it after a while. Our gates are pretty easy to find once you're in the right lane. Inside, it’s mostly just people getting on with their jobs. There is a lot of history in these buildings. You can see it in the walls and the way the floors are worn down in certain spots where people walk the most. We don’t really do much of the fancy office talk here. Most of us are more comfortable in the work areas than sitting in meetings. The noise of the machinery is just background sound to us now. It’s a large site, so you end up doing a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections. Some parts of the building are older than others, but it all functions fine. We just try to keep things organized and keep the workflow steady throughout the week. It's a decent place to be, and there is always something happening on the floor.
