Hills Gold Global is tucked away at 17 Kumar Place on Gen Thimayya Road. Most locals just call it East Street. It’s a pretty well-known area in Pune. Our office is in a building that has seen a lot of years. We don't have a big flashy sign on the street, just the address 2408. Life at the shop is pretty steady. We get into work, check the mail, and start on whatever orders or tasks are waiting for us. East Street has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk around the block during lunch. The building itself is okay, a bit older, but it’s home to us. We’ve got our desks set up and we spend most of the day here. It’s not one of those high-tech offices with bean bags or anything like that. We just have chairs, tables, and the tools we need for the gold business. People come in to talk about prices or to see what we have available. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just running a business in a neighborhood we know well. The rain can get pretty heavy on this side of town, so we always keep an eye on the ceiling for leaks. It’s just how it is. We appreciate the routine and the familiar faces that pass by our door every day.
