Thermotech Engineering (Pune) Pvt Ltd is located at Plot No. 65/3, 4, and 5 in the D-II Block of the M.I.D.C area in Chinchwad. We are an engineering company, so our workplace is more of a factory than a typical office. There is always the sound of machines running and people working with metal. It’s a bit messy, with oil and dust being part of the daily environment, but that’s how engineering goes. We have three plots joined together to give us enough space for our equipment and materials. Chinchwad is a heavy industrial zone, so we fit right in with our neighbors. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You usually have to find someone on the floor if you need to talk. We’ve been here for many years and most of our staff have been with us since the beginning. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just build things that work. Sometimes it’s hot and loud, but we are used to it. We don't have any promotional banners or mission statements hanging up. We just have our tools and our experience. It’s a tough, honest way to earn a living, and we take pride in the stuff we make without making a big deal about it. We just stay focused on the blueprints and the machines.
