Thermax

We are located at Thermax Energy House, which is Plot 38 and 39 in the D Ii Block of Midc, Chichwad. It’s a pretty large building, and we have quite a few people working here across different floors. We deal with energy and environment stuff, mostly big systems for plants. It’s not just one thing we do, it’s a lot of different engineering tasks piled together. Some days it feels like a maze in here with all the departments. We've been in Chichwad for a long time now. The area has changed a lot since we first moved in. You see more buildings and more traffic every year. Our office isn't about being flashy; it's about having enough desk space and meeting rooms to get through the projects. People come in early, grab their tea, and get to it. There's always a lot of paperwork because the projects are complicated. Sometimes we have engineers coming in from site visits looking tired and dusty. We just try to keep things moving. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing internally; we just talk about what needs fixing and who is doing what. It's a busy place, especially when a big deadline is coming up. We are just part of the industrial landscape here in the Midc, doing our thing day after day.
