You can find us over at Dr. K. N. Gope’s place, which is called Nivedan. It is located in Nagra Toli, right near the Working Womens Hostel in Ranchi. It is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of town, so most people don't have a hard time finding the street. This is where we handle things for Thermax Ltd. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. It feels much more like a regular house that’s been turned into a workspace. We like it that way because it is less stressful than being in a crowded downtown block. The atmosphere is quiet, which helps when we have to focus on the technical details of our work. We've been operating out of this Nagra Toli spot for a while now. There isn't any fancy marketing team here; it’s just us doing our daily tasks. We take the work seriously, but we don't feel the need to dress it up in corporate talk. If someone stops by, they’ll see a bunch of people just working away at their desks. It’s an honest setup. We’ve got a routine that works, and being near the hostel means there's always a bit of life on the street, but nothing too distracting. It’s just how we do things here in Ranchi. We just keep our heads down and work through the daily list of chores.
