Thermax Ltd - India

Our Baramati office is over on Bhigwan Road. The building is named Vardan and we are at Plot No.6 in Sanghavinagar. Baramati is a growing place but it still has that rural heart. Our plot is tucked away from the main noise of the road. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve managed to fill it up with all sorts of things over the years. There are stacks of manuals and a few old computers in the corner that we probably should throw away. The office for Thermax Ltd - India has a lot of windows, which is nice because we get plenty of natural light. We can see the hills in the distance on clear days. The Pin Code is 413102, which is part of the Pune district. We have a small garden area in the front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We wear casual clothes and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. We don’t have any polished reception area or big logos on every wall. It’s just a place for us to gather and get the job done. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big project, but mostly we head out as soon as the sun goes down. It’s a solid, no-nonsense place to spend the day for all of us.
