Thermax Limited, Pune

Our office is situated in Aundh, which is a busy part of Pune. We are on the ground floor of the Gururaj Housing Society, specifically at Flat No 2. It’s right by Parihar Chowk, which is always full of shoppers and people heading to the various cafes around here. Being in a residential society gives the office a very different feel than a commercial building. It’s quieter inside, though you can still hear the hustle from the chowk. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a kitchen area and a bathroom just like a home. We’ve set up our desks in the main living area and the spare rooms. It feels a bit more relaxed than a standard office. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know where to go. The trees in the society courtyard provide some nice shade during the hot Pune afternoons. We usually walk over to the local stalls for tea or a quick snack during our breaks. It’s a convenient location because everything you need is within walking distance. We handle a lot of the administrative work for Thermax Limited from here. The pace is steady, and we try to keep things organized despite the limited space. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we’ve become quite friendly with the security guards and the neighbors in the building.
