We are based in the Chinchwad area of Pune, right near Vallabh Nagar. If you know the Shani Mandir, you’ll find us pretty easily because we are right near there. The office is technically C/O Balu Kondiba Yadav, which is a name many locals recognize in the Pimpr area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small businesses and residences mixed together. Pune-18 is a bustling part of the city, and we are right in the thick of it. The office itself is quite plain. We have some desks, chairs, and filing cabinets that hold years of records. It’s the kind of place where you hear the bells from the temple and the sound of scooters zooming by all day. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or a glass front. It’s more of a walk-in, functional space where we handle the local affairs for Thermax Limited. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic during peak hours. We usually grab snacks from the vendors down the street. It’s a very grounded way of working. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of the local addresses, but we’ve learned to keep a close eye on it. It’s a practical spot for us to be, close to the industrial belt but still within the community. We just go about our business without making a big deal of it or using big words.
