Thermax India Limited

Our office for Thermax India Limited is based in B103 at the Dew Drops building. It’s located on the Pune Alandi Road in the Vishrantwadi area. If you’ve ever driven that road, you know it can be quite a journey with all the traffic. Our space is basically a converted apartment, which is quite common for businesses around here. It has a bit of a lived-in feel, with some plants that someone forgot to water and stacks of technical manuals on the shelves. We mostly handle the regional coordination and some of the back-end stuff from this branch. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't have a strict dress code, and there’s usually some music playing quietly in the background. We have a small balcony where we go to get some fresh air and look out at the road. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a working office where real tasks get handled every day. We deal with a lot of different people, from site engineers to suppliers, and we just talk to them normally. There’s no corporate talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We know the local shops for a quick lunch and the best time to leave to avoid the worst of the Pune traffic. It’s just a regular group of people working together in a quiet corner of Vishrantwadi.
