We are based out of Rakashak Nagar Gold in Kharadi. Our office is in B-1, room 405. It's a growing part of Pune, and there’s always some sort of building work going on nearby. We’ve been part of the local scene here for a while. We handle construction stuff, mostly focusing on the practical side of getting buildings up. It’s not always easy with the weather and the material costs changing, but we manage. You’ll usually find us looking over blueprints or talking to the crew on site. We aren’t big on fancy presentations. We just show up and do what’s required for the day. Kharadi has changed a lot since we started, with more people moving in every year. Our spot is easy to find if you know the Pune-14 area. We keep things simple and try to stay organized. Some days are longer than others when a deadline is coming up. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s just construction. We put in the hours and make sure the walls are straight. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need something looked at. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a decent living and it keeps us active in the community here. We don't have a lot of workers, just a few reliable guys who know what they're doing on a site. That's enough for us.
