The Professional Couriers

Our branch is located in Prestige Plaza on the Pune Satara Road. We’re quite close to the Pimpri Over Bridge, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us. It’s a very busy area with cars and bikes zooming past all day long. We spend most of our time sorting through envelopes and parcels that come in from all over. The floor is usually covered with plastic crates and weighing scales. It’s a fast-paced environment because people are always in a hurry to get their items sent out. We have a counter where people stand to fill out their forms. Sometimes the pens run out of ink, or we have to help someone tape up a box that isn't shut properly. The noise from the overbridge is something you just stop noticing after a week of working here. We have a small team of delivery guys who are always coming and going on their scooters. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags and keeping track of tracking numbers. We don't have time for anything polished or corporate. Our focus is just on the pile of packages sitting in front of us. When the monsoon hits, things get a bit messy with wet raincoats and muddy floors, but we keep the parcels dry. It’s just a regular courier shop doing what needs to be done. We open early and stay until the last van is loaded for the night.
