The Construction Group

We've been working out of Janwadi for a while now, right near the Kusalkar Putala. If you know the area, we are just opposite Santosh Desai’s house in P.M.C. Colony. It’s a busy little spot, but it works for us. Most days you’ll find some of us at the office handling paperwork while the rest are out at site visits. The Construction Group isn’t a huge fancy firm, just a bunch of people who know how to build things properly. We started small and stayed that way because we like knowing everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the traffic near the statue gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but being centrally located helps us get to different parts of town quickly. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people just seeing our projects around the neighborhood or stopping by the office to ask a question. We deal with all the usual construction headaches so the owners don't have to. It's dusty work and there’s always something that needs fixing or a supplier who is running late, but that is just how this business goes. We keep our tools ready and our plans simple. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the colony gate. We are usually around from morning until late, unless we are all out on a slab pour or checking on materials. It's a plain office, nothing fancy, just a place to get work done.
