The Construction Group

The Construction Group is based out of Yashwantnagar in Vita, right near the Gurudatta Sizing. It’s a very industrial and practical part of the Sangli district. Our office is a working space, meaning there’s usually some sand on the floor and plenty of tools lying around. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’re more likely to find one of us looking over a blueprint or talking on a mobile phone to a supplier. We’ve been working in this area for a while, so we know the local ground conditions and the best places to get materials. Our yard is usually full of bricks, cement bags, and maybe a mixer or two waiting for the next job. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s honest work. We spend our days traveling between the office here in Vita and the various sites we are managing. Most of our conversations are about timelines, costs, and making sure the walls are straight. We have a small table where we sit down with clients to go over plans, and there’s always a ledger nearby to keep track of the expenses. It can get loud with the sizing unit nearby, but we are used to the noise. We are just a local crew doing our part to build things in the Sangli area. We don’t make big promises, we just show up and do the masonry and the roofing as planned.
