The Construction Group Pune.

Out here in Anand Nagar, at Plot No 9 in Varashanand Society, we have our setup for The Construction Group Pune. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for when we need to focus on drawings or talk to clients without too much noise from the main road. We have been in this part of Pune for a good bit of time. The team is basically just local guys who have been in building for years. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just making sure the houses and structures we work on stay standing and look decent. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks, but we know where everything is. Living and working in the same city means we understand the local rules and the weather here, which helps when planning schedules. We don't spend money on big glossy brochures. We would rather spend that time making sure the cement mix is right or the walls are straight. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It is a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We are just regular people doing a job we know well. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute if we are on the phone with a contractor, but we always have time for a quick chat about a project.
