The Communications Hub

You can find us at The Communications Hub, which is up on the first floor of the Sunshree Wood Commercial Complex. We are at unit number nine. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, so you have to walk up the stairs and look for our door. We do a bit of everything here related to staying connected. Some days we are busy helping people with their mobile connections, and other days it is more about fixing internet issues or sorting out devices that have stopped working properly. It’s not a very big office, but we have enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for folks who are waiting. We’ve been in this complex for some time now and have gotten to know the other business owners on our floor. The light in the hallway isn't always the best, but once you get inside, it's alright. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a computer and a phone. We handle the paperwork and the technical stuff as it comes in. It gets quite warm in the afternoons because of the way the sun hits the windows, but we manage. People stop by after work usually to pick up their things. It’s just a practical place to get things sorted without a lot of fuss. We stay until the last job is finished most evenings because the work needs doing.
