The Bombay Dyeing & Mfg Co Ltd,Pune

Over here in Pune, our Bombay Dyeing & Mfg Co Ltd office is in Flat No. A-104 at Uttam Plaza. It’s on Kharadi Road, right near the Bank of Maharashtra. Kharadi has changed so much lately, with all the new buildings going up, but our little office feels pretty grounded. It’s basically a flat that we use for work, so it has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There’s a small kitchen area where we make coffee and a main room where most of the desks are. It’s not a huge corporate space, which is nice because it’s easier to talk to each other. We handle the local side of things here in Pune-14. The traffic on Kharadi Road can be a real pain in the neck during the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before it gets too bad. We have piles of folders and some fabric swatches lying around. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, except when the construction next door gets going. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. It’s a practical setup for a team that’s mostly focused on getting the job done. We’ve got a good view of the street from the balcony, which is a nice spot for a quick break.
